Overview:
The Staff Feedback system was introduced in order to ensure that the players are satisfied with the performance of staff members. Whenever you request assistance from a staff member through the “Help” button on your paperdoll, it is up to a member of the staff team to respond to the issue and resolve it as smoothly and quickly as possible. Once a help request has been answered you will be prompted with a window to rate the staff interaction and performance (shown right). You may give the staff member anywhere between 1 and 5 points, 1 being a poor performance and 5 being great. Your votes are anonymous and will help us keep track of which staff members are going above and beyond and which members of the team need improvement. This only takes a moment and will ultimately allow us to continue delivering the professional and courteous results to the players that we strive for.
Alternate Feedback Method:
When players come across an item or possibly even a specific creature during their adventures, they may comment on it if they feel it is a bit “off” using the [feedback command. For instance, if you think that the loot for a certain monster is too beefed-up or perhaps not even worth the trouble you may use this command to target the monster which will bring up a window where you may offer a brief insight (shown left). This will allow us to look into these things and provide a more balanced environment. If you come across something that is really out of the ordinary, please be sure to also post about it on the forums.
